Data
Privacy
Who is responsible for visit data, and when the site asks for consent.
Controller
Mariusz Zamolski
Send data requests to this address.
Consent
The consent panel asks about analytics and ads. Google Analytics starts only after consent for analytics. AdSense ad units are not placed on the site yet.
There is no consent until you give it. Google Analytics and ads start only after consent for that purpose.
- Analytics. Visit measurement in Google Analytics.
- Ads. Google AdSense advertising.
These are two separate consents. Refusing one leaves the other unchanged.
Providing data is voluntary. Refusing consent does not limit use of the site.
Server logs
For every request the server records the IP address, date and time, page address, referring page and browser identifier. The logs keep the site running and secure. The site runs on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, europe-west1 region, Belgium). I keep the logs for 30 days.
Language
The
ui-lang
cookie stores the language chosen with the switch. It only displays the site in that language and does not need consent.
Google Fonts
The site downloads a stylesheet and font files from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). The browser connects to them directly and sends the IP address and technical request data. This connection occurs on every page visit, regardless of analytics and ads consent. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. The fonts are used only to keep text appearance consistent.
Correspondence
When you email the controller, I process your email address and the message to reply and handle the matter. I keep the message until the matter is closed, then for 3 years to show how the request was handled.
Legal basis
- Analytics and ads: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).
- Language: necessary for the service chosen with the switch (Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Consent is not required.
- Server logs: legitimate interest in running and securing the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Fonts: legitimate interest in a stable text appearance (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Correspondence: legal obligation for GDPR requests (GDPR Article 6(1)(c) with Article 12), otherwise legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
You can object to processing based on legitimate interest by emailing the controller.
Recipients
Google Cloud hosts the server and logs, and Google Ireland Limited runs Google Analytics. Both process data on my behalf.
For Google AdSense and Google Fonts, Google Ireland Limited acts as a separate controller under its own privacy policy.
Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Automated decisions
I make no decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing. After ads consent, Google may profile interests to tailor ads.
Withdrawing consent
Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. You withdraw consent in the consent panel, using the “Privacy settings” link in the footer, separately for each purpose, as easily as you gave it.
Rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
